Shipping Information:

All packages contatining rhinestone transfers will be sent via ground shipping unless otherwise specified. will select the carrier appropriate for your order. We use USPS, and FedEx. is not responsible for delays by our or lost packages by carrier. In the event that the package is lost we will assist with locating the package but we must be notified within 7 days from the date that the package was delivered.

If items are missing from your order we must be notified within 3 days of receipt.

An additional shipping charge will be added to oversized orders. The additional charge will never be more than an additional $15 and will be charged separately. The account will be notated as such for the customer's review.

  • Next Day Air – $55
  • Second Day Air – $35
  • Three day Select – $25.

United States. Shipping charges are subject to change at anytime and are left to our discretion.

  • Please call for shipping quotes to Alaska, Hawaii. Please place your order on-line at regular table shipping rates and we will contact you if additional shipping charges apply. Additional Shipping charges will apply to international shipping including Canada starting at $5.00 and will increase based on location and weight.
  • Please note: FedEx and UPS do not deliver on the weekends.
  • APO/FPO addresses are not considered international addresses. We ship all orders to these destinations via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail only. We can not express ship orders to APO/FPO addresses. Please Note: U.S.P.S. Priority mail is not considered Ground shipping, therefore free shipping offers do not apply.
  • All GROUND shipments are processed and shipped in the order by which they are received.
  • Please allow up to  10 business days for ground shipments to be processed, shipped and arrive to its destination.


VSRhinestones is happy to guarantee all of our merchandise. Returns for items are only accepted if merchandise is defective or damaged.  Please contact us prior to returning merchandise for return approval.  All defective/damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 business days.  Returns will not be accepted without an approval code from a VSRhinestones employee.  Please see additional guidelines below:

Return Policy:

  • Return orders that originally qualified for Free Shipping will receive a refund minus the oringial shipping charges incurred by
  • All Sales are final.  Any items purchased on CLEARANCE are NON REFUNDABLE -  NO EXCEPTIONS. Any custom color or made to order items are also non-refundable. An additional shipping charge will be applied if the package is oversized. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • All merchandise must be unworn, in original packages, and in new condition. 
  • Include the original sales receipt with your return.
  • Securely package the item(s) to be returned.
  • Return your package to us using the mail carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides a package tracking number. (We are not responsible for lost packages.)
  • Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
  • A 20% restocking fee is applicable to all approved returns and will be deducted from the total amount of credit due for the approved return.
  • All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. If you are receiving a credit card refund, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear.
